Yoga For Back Pain With Adriene

Join me for this 27 min Yoga For Low Back practice! In this session we address all areas that contribute to low back aches and pain, as well as provide preventative care, culminating in the ultimate low back love practice!

Flexibility, core stability, healthy alignment, and conscious breathing are all necessary for a healthy back. Practice actively engaging the core for support and then give some love to that lower back with the use of gentle spinal flexions, extensions and twists.

Take some time to tend to your body with care, awareness and mindfulness.
